Solvent Tape Strips

Question

Q: Do you have to peal off both sides of this grip? IS the other side activated by mineral spirits or do you have to peal that too? I keep getting my grips about halfway over the tape and I can't figure out why. Thanks

A: Yes you have to peel both sides of the tape off. One side (either) sticks to the shaft the other sticky side will become slick once you put the mineral spirits on it.
