Question

Q: What all comes with the spinner? Mounting brackets/hardware? Stand? It appears I would have to buy the pointer separately.

Q: Is it possible to customize a spinner? For example, I'd like to order Spinner 8, but I'm wondering if I can switch out the "No Mischief" segment for the "Mum's the Word" segment from Spinner 5.

Yes it comes with the mounting bracket and hardware. It does not come with the 4" x 4" post.

No sorry we cannot change any of the text. The only thing that can be customized is your logo in the center of the spinner & colors of the background in the spinners.

No sorry, that is not an option. Their logo will be in the middle of all of them.
